Travellers Aid Australia is a not-for-profit organisation that provides travel-related support services and facilities. We enhance the experiences of travellers and tourists in need by providing: • Emergency Relief through subsidised travel and advice for those in crisis • A Buggy & Personal Guidance Service that gives safe passage around Southern Cross Station • A Travellers Aid Access Service that provides free personal care to tourists with a disability or seniors • Mobility equipment, transport and tourism information and rest facilities for people in transit. We provide services nation-wide from our centres at Flinders Street Station and Southern Cross Station.
