Friendly, knowledgeable, information specialists are here to help, offering insider info about what to see and do to over 256,000 visitors annually. Generating $2.8m for the local tourism industry through bookings in 2010/11. Our team members also contribute to tourism yield by influencing visitor behaviour leading to increased length of stay, activities undertaken and visitor spend. The team is dedicated to spreading the positive image of Phillip Island and Bass Coast at the grass roots level & growing tourism across our region.
