Frankston Visitor Information CentreThe Frankston Visitor Information Centre is the jewel in the crown of the $25 million Frankston Waterfront entertainment precinct. Officially opened on 30 March 2007 the Centre is owned and managed by Frankston City Council. The FVIC is located 48kms from Melbourne, situated on the Nepean Highway, one of two arterial roads linking Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. The Centre is located on Frankston’s world-class waterfront and surrounded by beachfront restaurants, the pier, an award-winning sun-smart children’s playground and a 2.2km boardwalk, linking the picturesque Olivers Hill with the iconic Landmark Bridge to the Frankston Life Saving Club.
