Chief Executive Officer, Destination Gippsland Ltd

Terry Robinson has been the Chief Executive of Destination Gippsland since 2008.  During that time the region has experienced damaging fires and floods however increased domestic and international visitor numbers. 

The organisation entered the Victorian Tourism Awards Hall of Fame in November 2010 and recently won the Qantas Australian Tourism Award for Tourism Marketing.

Prior to this role Terry worked for five years for the Phillip Island Nature Parks (Penguin Parade) as both its Marketing Manager and Operations Manager. 

He has also been a Board Member of Tourism Alliance Victoria since 2004 and is an interim Board member of the new Victorian Tourism Industry Council.
