2015 RACV Victorian Tourism Awards Program

The 2015 RACV Victorian Tourism Awards are an online submission (eAwards) and site visit based competition for all tourism businesses and industry suppliers based in Victoria.

Nomination to enter the 2015 RACV Victorian Tourism Awards (VTA) program are now open until 4pm Tuesday 30 June 2015. A nomination simply records your business and contact details along with the details of the business or project you are entering in the relevant category.

To register your intent to enter the 2015 RACV Victorian Tourism Awards, please access the eAwards portal to nominate - http://awardsubmission.com.au/2015/tourism/vic/entrant/intro.php

Once you have nominated, you will be ready to start developing your final submission. You should download the category criteria (which include tips to answer the questions) and the Rules of Entry. Failing to comply with the rules may result in unnecessary point deductions or even disqualification.

NOTE:  Please ensure that you download the 2015 Questions, Criteria and Rules of Entry as there are a number of changes to each category this year.   If you are an experienced entrant, we do not recommend that you copy and paste into this years submission as most of the questions have changed.

Final submissions for business categories are due at 4pm, Monday 24 August 2015 and submissions for the individual categories are due at 4pm, Monday 14 September 2015.

Category and criteria for the RACV Victorian Tourism Awards is set by National Tourism Alliance (NTA) for all States and Territories, with their respective winners automatically qualifying in the QANTAS Australian Tourism Awards categories.

NOTE: Some award categories are specific to Victoria and do not qualify at a national level.

In 2014, NTA undertook a review of the categories and criteria following feedback from all State/Territory award owners and contracted Tourism Business Solutions to review and provide recommendations that will now take effect in all 2015 Tourism Awards.
