Australian Tourism Awards 2009

Victorian tourism operators have been recognised for their outstanding professionalism and achievements at the Qantas Australian Tourism Awards which were held in Melbourne on Friday 27 February 2009.

Victorian tourism operators took out the following categories at the National Awards:

• De Bortoli Winery and Restaurant - Tourism Wineries
  
  
  

Fun4Kids Festival became a national Hall of Fame winner after winning their category 3 years in a row.

Two of Victoria’s premier tourism operators were also highly commended in their categories.

• Novotel Forest Resort Creswick - New Tourism Development
• Geelong Visitor Information Centres - Visitor Information Centres
