Through 2008/09 it hosted over 162,164 daytime guests and 29,986 night time visitors, in addition to phone and written enquiries, maintenance of the Warrnambool tourism web site including online queries and over the counter booking services. Staff have made a commitment to the Warrnambool Visitor Information Centre operating vision: “to influence guest behaviour to stay longer and do more activities in Warrnambool.”
