The Hospitality and Service Industries department of East Gippsland TAFE are innovative leaders in Tourism Training with Café Rossi the commercial training restaurant of the department. Café Rossi is located in a regional town approximately 215 km east of Melbourne and is a fully licensed functional restaurant offering high quality lunches and dinners over a six day period whilst providing a professional realistic training environment for students undertaking Tourism studies. Our product displays a responsive, industry driven approach to Tourism education.
